Mediation is a conversation between two or more individuals who disagree guided by a specially trained, neutral mediator. At Yampolsky Law, we utilize a guided facilitation approach to mediation. This means, that while we will provide a basic structure and guidance for an open dialogue between the parties, we will not direct the conversation towards any particular result. We have expertise and experience in mediating and facilitating:
- Labor and Employment Disputes, including Discrimination, Wage and Hour, Workplace Accommodations, Union Issues, Harassment and Employee Benefits;
- Family Matters, such as Divorce, Co-Parenting, Child Rearing and Family Restructuring;
- Business Disputes, including Contracts, Reorganization and Governance issues; and
- Trust and Estate Issues, such as Inheritance and Succession.
